It was assault! Do you think they can bottle him?
October 16, 2009 at 8:49 pm
Why would anyone ever want to bottle him?
The funny thing was the only part I saw of the match live was Pollard’s innings. Lucky me, I guess.

So you can label it “awesomesauce”!
October 16, 2009 at 9:16 pm
ooh, good one. I bet it’s tasty.

Henriques will wake up screaming every night for a week.

You never know, the nightmares might just finish him off forever.

I’ll blame Kat. He should have bowled himself that second last over and sent Henriques off to lick his wounds a third man.
Then again he might have wanted it finished as quickly as possible, in which case it all makes sense.

That was cruel. Are Katich and Henriques on really bad personal terms? But I guess the mood Pollard was in, it was probably worth inflicting as much damage on one guy rather than finish off another one’s confidence.

It’s more than that, you can’t really put a word for it, it is that awesome.
October 17, 2009 at 10:33 pm
We need a new word for that display of batting, & for the celebrations!!!!

You’re right, there should be a poll on that. But I doubt anything can beat awesomesauce.
Haha, don’t ask me why, it just seems right.
